- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp kosher salt, divided
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
