- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat and arrangePreheat the oven to 375°F and arrange the sweet potato rounds in a buttered baking dish.
